Strategic Goals:
- Expand delivery of online courses and achieve Higher Learning Commission (HLC) approval to implement online degrees
- Apply new technologies to build stronger student relationships with each other and the College
- Expand support for academically at-risk students
- Use assessment data to implement a targeted professional development program to enhance student satisfaction
- Implement recruitment and retention plans to produce a 2% increase in overall enrollment

- Enhance the high quality Web presence through a new content management system and site redesign

- Make educational processes and priorities first and foremost
- Ensure functional and attractive facilities
- Implement renovation, new construction and financial plans consistent with the Facilities Master Plan

Accreditation
Strategic Goals:
- Operate a Self Study Executive Committee and Sub-committees focused on each of the accreditation criteria
- Produce a draft Self Study document in preparation for the 2010-11 HLC visit and facilitate broad College participation
- Implement institution-wide assessment plans
- Complete required communication with HLC in preparation for the accreditation visit
