Visual and Performing Arts Division

All cultures produce art in one form or another, but people in our modern times appear to be the most prolific art makers of all. We seem to desire almost constant artistic stimulation given the number of movies we rent and the amount of music we carry with us. Representing our society in sights and sounds, the visual and performing arts stimulate life in times when making a living tends to overshadow meaningful living. To help students develop a heightened awareness and an indepth comprehension of the arts that surround us, the Visual and Performing Arts Division offers course work and degrees in art, graphic design, graphics, music and music technology, and courses in theater.
