Admission's Form: This form needs to be included with the VCSU Admission application. (This form allows the Admission's Office at VCSU to know that you are interested in the distance program) This form needs to be completed for Elementary Education, Secondary Education History and Secondary Education English distance programs.
Financial Aid: A Consortium Agreement needs to be completed and submitted to VCSU ‘each' semester if you are interested in aid assistance. This form needs to be completed for Elementary Education, Secondary Education History and Secondary Education English distance programs. Applicants must complete the FAFSA and include school code 003008 in order to be considered.
