Summer Slow Flow Yoga with George Miller

Join certified yogi George Miller for a challenging workout that combines breathing with dynamic flowing movement in the vinyassa yoga style flow. This class will help students build strength and agility as well as relaxation and stress reduction techniques. Slow Flow Yoga is appropriate for all yoga levels – beginner to advanced. Bring a yoga mat and wear loose, comfortable clothing. Buy passes to attend as many classes as you want and participate when it fits your schedule. Come when you can. You do not have to pay for classes you can not attend. Additional passes may be purchased as needed. This popular “Pay-As-You-Flow” plan allows for the purchase of 4-, 8-, and 12-class passes at the cost of $20, $40, and $55, respectively. (Notice that if you buy 11 punches, the 12th one is FREE!)

Wednesdays and Fridays from 5:30 - 6:30 PM.

Summer Location: NPA 57, "The Dance Room"
(Use outside back entrance on west side of Nelson Performing Arts Building.)

9 AM to Noon
$25 per dancer per workshop.

All levels of dancers welcome. Join the fun! There will be review for experienced dancers and beginners should not find it intimidating. Some veil work will be available for those interested.

FREE BONUS: BYO lunch if a post-class gathering is desired. Optional Bellydance Bazaar opportunities available after lunch. (This is a chance for participants to cooperatively upgrade, swap, accessorize, or otherwise enhance their costumes with each others' help.)
