This 52-hour training program will cover the basic skills needed to enter the food service field. Taught by professionals, the trainees will gain valuable knowledge and experience in: Food Safety, Kitchen Safety, Food Service, and Customer Service. In just 6 weeks, participants will gain the basic skills needed to increase their earning potential in the food industry!
Lecture and lab classes are scheduled for Tuesday and Thursday from 10:30 am - 2 pm, in the NWC Center for Training and Development located at the Park County Complex, 1501 Stampede Avenue, Cody. Upon successful completion, participants will receive a Certificate of Achievement. Enrollment is limited so apply by January 15, 2008.
