Like all large institutions, Northwest College has a great many policies and procedures which govern how the College operates.

Most of these only affect students and parents indirectly, but there are a few which can have a direct impact--particularly when problems arise for the student.

This section addresses those policies and procedures which may come into play when conflicts need to be resolved.
