Gerald GiraudVice President for
Gerry holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, and political science from Regents College of the State University of New York, a master’s in educational psychology and a doctorate in cultural and psychological studies from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Prior to joining Northwest College, Gerry was Vice President of Academic Affairs at Oglala Lakota College from 2004-2012. From 1999 to 2004, he was an associate professor at Nebraska Methodist College in Omaha, where he was involved in nursing education at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Gerry has a background in statistics, research methods, and assessment, and is a consultant-evaluator for the Higher Learning Commission.

The position of Vice President for Administrative Services is currently unfilled. The previous VP, Kim Mills, retired in fall 2013.
Mark KitchenVice President for College Relations
A Wyoming native, Mark has held progressively responsible positions at NWC for over 30 years, including three times serving as Interim President (summer 1991, 1997-98 & summer 2013). In addition to traditional PR/marketing responsibilities, he manages legislative relations efforts and the Alumni Association. His hobbies include woodworking, fly fishing, and reading.
Sean FoxVice President for Student Affairs
Sean began at Northwest College in April, 2011, serving as Vice President for Student Affairs. Previously, he held a similar position at Ross University for seven years and at Seminole State College for six years. He has served as the Chief Student Affairs Officer at three different institutions. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Master’s degree in Guidance and Counseling at Montana State University. He also received a Ph.D. degree in College Student Personnel Administration from the University of Northern Colorado.
