Steps to creating a Microsite
- Review your options
Review your options and evaluate the resources (human and financial) that will be needed to create and maintain your site: - Get approval
Get approval from your area Vice President. Your area Vice President will assign a Microsite Monitor for the maintenance of your site. - Meet with the Webmaster
Set up an appointment with your Microsite Monitor and the Webmaster to review options and begin project planning.
NOTE: Be familiar with the services provided by the Web Office and what is expected of you and/or your site monitor.

Terms to Know
Microsite: Microsites are smaller NWC Web sites (separate from the NWC Central Site) for programs or services provided by the college. Microsites have their own visual identity and navigation.
Microsite Monitors: NWC faculty or staff members who are responsible for the updating of content in their assigned microsite.
