With the Northwest College Campus Agreement, Microsoft Office is available for all Faculty and Staff users to install on their home computers. There are two different licenses available for purchase. The first license allows you to purchase the software for $9.95 and install it on one computer. For multiple computers more licenses will need to be purchased. Should you leave employment at Northwest College in any capacity the software with this license would need to be uninstalled. The second license is $79.95 and allows you to keep the license for life. You are highly encouraged to read the terms of use for the license you purchase.

Training is available through the CTD center for Office 2010. Please contact Kay Dooley kay.dooley@northwestcollege.edu for more information. Microsoft also has some videos spread throughout their site that are very informational.
License 1 ($9.95 Option)
Step 1. First make sure you are able to use your northwest college email address.
Step 2. Go to your Helpdesk for Computing Services within your MYNWC Portal
Step 3. Fill out a Helpdesk Request and select Microsoft Office Activation Code as the Category
Step 4. A Program Code will be sent to you.
Step 5. Go to the link http://www.microsofthup.com/hupus/home.aspx?culture=en-US
Step 6. Input your Work email address (.edu) and the Program Code sent to you in step 4
Step 7. Microsoft will send an email to your address after verifying the code. Follow the Directions within the email to purchase the license for Mac or PC and software downloading instructions.
