Interlibrary Loan Procedures

If the library does not own the material you need or you cannot find what you need, be sure to ask . We may be able to borrow the material from another library. Usually there is no charge for this service, but if there is we will contact you. To submit an ILL request we need at minimum the following information:

• Author of work
• Title of work
• Publisher, date
• Your name
• Your library card number (see Borrowing Library Materials)
• Your phone number
• Date item must be received

You will be notified by phone when your item is available. Please allow 10 days for an item to be located and shipped. Most items have a two week to 30 day loan period.

You may request an item from the library's catalog (find item, go to Full Details, select the Request button and enter your library card number and PIN) or use our inquiry form .
