Johnson Fitness Center
The Johnson Fitness Center offers free weights — both barbells and dumbbells; weight machines such as hip/thigh, abdominal and waist, legs, chest and back, arms and shoulders, and assisted chin/dip; cardiovascular machines including recumbent bikes, elliptical striders, combination stepper/elliptical, indoor cycles, and treadmills; exercise balls, heavy balls, and Bosu calls; and, much more.
Membership to the Fitness Center is included in full-time student fees. Memberships for community members are available at the Business Office for $50 per semester. A one week visitor’s pass is $10.

11 am - 2 pm
2 - 5 pm Varsity Athletes Only
5 - 9 pm (closes at 8pm on Fridays)
|Saturday||10 am - 1 pm|
|Sunday||1 - 4 pm|
The Johnson Fitness Center is a facility dedicated to promoting lifelong physical fitness, health, and wellness. The center provides equipment and programs that assist the individual in attaining goals in the areas of health, fitness, physical conditioning, athletic training, weight control, stress management, and personal enrichment.
