POWELL, Wyo. - Northwest College named 464 to its 2010 spring semester honor rolls, including local students. Located 70 miles from Yellowstone National Park, Northwest College is a two-year, residential college offering transfer and technical programs of study that blend traditional arts and sciences with emerging technologies.

POWELL,Wyo. - Local students were among the 242 students who graduated from Northwest College in May. Northwest College, located in Powell, Wyo., is a two-year, residential college offering transfer programs based upon the traditional arts and sciences, and occupational programs which include strong general education requirements.

NWC forensics team claims gold and silver at national tournaments
POWELL, Wyo. - Most athletic coaches agree that peak time is critical to year-end success. Turns out that's true for forensics teams, too. After three unbeaten years, the very young Northwest College Forensics Team took it on the chin a few times at the beginning of this academic year but paced themselves perfectly to perform when it really counts-at the National Parliamentary Debate Association National Tournament (NPDA) and the Phi Rho Pi National Tournament.

New coach, new look for Trappers
Those searching for a word to sum up the season outlook for Northwest College women's basketball probably won't find a better one to employ. From a new, but familiar, face coaching on the bench to a roster featuring 10 incoming freshmen, there's very little that doesn't scream change in the Trappers' program.

Spring 2009 nursing graduates
Thirty-seven nursing students graduated this spring at Northwest College. Each received an associate degree and is now eligible to take the state examination to become a registered nurse.
