How to Enroll

For enrollment information, click on the program to the left and our current application packet will be available for you to review/print.  If you are unable to open/print the packet, you can use our Contact Us form.  Specify your program of interest (PN, RN, or Advanced Placement) in the "Comments / Questions" box and it will be mailed to you.
   

The ADN application deadline is the first Friday in March and the LPN application deadline is the last Friday in October.  All applicable materials must be in by this date to be considered for admission to the Nursing program.

 

Note: The TEAS test has changed to version V and the version IV will be phased out. Because there is no way to directly correlate and compare these scores, the TEAS IV will no longer be accepted.
