Before your Education Action Plan (EAP) appointment:

• Complete the VARK Learning Styles Survey
• Read the VARK Helpsheets for your learning style
• Print off the results OR write the results on the VARK Learning Styles Inventory Score Sheet
• Complete the Academic Skills Survey
• Bring your results to your EAP appointment
