Del

Del Nose — Rodeo Coach

Del Nose is in his seventh season as head coach and coordinator for the Northwest College Rodeo Team. A former NWC Rodeo Team member himself, Del went on to rodeo for Montana State University. He is a five-time qualifier for the Montana Circuit Finals in Bareback Riding and Steer Wrestling and claimed the 1976 Montana Circuit Steer Wrestling Championship. Del is a Gold Card holder in the PRCA and also serves as a Wrangler Pro-Reserve Official. He is the regional faculty advisor for the National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association and sits on its Board of Directors. His knowledge of rodeo and continued involvement in the professional level of the sport are a great asset to the NWC Rodeo Program.

Gavin Gleich — Assistant Coach

Gavin
Gavin Gleich was first recruited from Australia by former coach Ike Sankey to ride rough stock for the Northwest College Rodeo Team. He qualified for the CNF in Bareback Riding, and was named the Rookie of the Year in Bareback Riding, and runner-up to the All-Around Rookie Award in the Montana PRCA Circuit. Gleich also qualified for the Montana Pro Rodeo Circuit Finals three times in both Bareback Riding and Bull Riding. In ten years as a member of the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association, Gavin competed in most of the major PRCA rodeos across the United States and Canada. He was a nationally ranked bull rider and enjoyed world class success in bareback riding as well. Gavin alsocompeted in the Bull Riders Only Series and in the touring pro level of the Professional Bull Riders Association.
