Message from the Coach

Thanks for having a look at the Northwest Rodeo Program. We think you’ll be impressed by the quality of individual attention we give each and every one of our athletes, both in the arena and in the classroom.

At NWC, we’re fortunate to have top-notch indoor and outdoor practice facilities, plus a very active Rodeo Council which provides the funding for us to bring in some of the nation’s top rodeo athletes for schooling opportunities.

I want each team member to leave Northwest fully prepared for the next step in their academic life or career and as the very best rodeo performer than can possibly be after two years of collegiate competition. I’ll work my hardest to make this happen, and I expect the same in return.

As the regional faculty advisor and a board member for the National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association, I’m familiar with most of the country’s university rodeo programs. When you’re ready to transfer, I can help you find the best fit – for your rodeo skills, your personality, your background and your academic aspirations.

When it comes to rodeo, I believe the old adage “You get out of it what you put into it” is right on. I hope you’ll decide to put some energy into researching our program. If you do your homework, I bet you’ll want to saddle up with us!
