What to Expect
The opportunity to apply for Scholarship Day and Academic/Activity-Talent Scholarships for the 2012-2013 year has passed. We would like to thank all who attended and participated in Scholarship Day activities. If you are awarded an Academic and/or Activity-Talent Scholarships, you will be notified via email by mid-January. You can check the status of your scholarship awards, at any time, by logging into your online scholarship application!
Typical Scholarship Day Schedule
| 7:30-8:30 a.m. | Registration/Free Continental Breakfast |
| 8:30-9 a.m. | Welcome & instructions - must attend |
| 9 a.m.-5 p.m. | Scholarship Interviews & Auditions |
| 9-5 a.m. | Campus Tours (every hour on the hour, including to the Equine Center and Stock Agriculture Pavilion) |
| 10-11 a.m. | Student Technology Session - find out about the technology you'll use at NWC |
| 11-11:45 a.m. | Student Issues Panel (Students ONLY) - find out what current students say about NWC |
| noon-1:30 p.m. | Lunch - student meals are free! Parents/family members are invited to enjoy the free continental breakfast but pay $5/person for lunch. |
| until 5 p.m. | Scholarship Interviews & Auditions continue |
| until 5 p.m. | Campus Tours continue every hour on the hour |
| until 5 p.m. | Financial Aid & Scholarships Office is open all day (Room 104 in the Orendorff Building) |
