Student I.D. Cards

Eligibility and Classification

All Northwest College students are eligible to receive an I.D. card. There are three classifications of Northwest College student I.D.s. Each allows for varying eligibility in the use of on-campus activities. Also, current students receive free admission to the Buffalo Bill Historical Center in Cody with their ID.

1. Students enrolled in six or more credits are eligible for all activities and services.


2. Students enrolled in less than 6 credits on-campus are eligible for all activities and services except Health Services.


3. Students enrolled in all extended campus classes are eligible for all services. (The fees you pay support services at your local site.)

Distribution

I.D.s are available in the Vice President for Student Affairs Office during the academic year.

Meal Plan

I.D. cards are REQUIRED to participate in any meal plan.

Replacements

The first I.D. card is issued at no charge. A $5 fee is assessed for replacements.
