Colter Hall is located south of the Orendorf building. It is the only all-female hall. Built in 1961, it is the oldest hall on campus. Colter houses 84 residents in 44 rooms.
Whether you are involved in intramurals, NWC sports teams, cheerleading/dance or a dedicated fan, this is the place for you! Colter has spacious lounges with big screen televisions, pool tables and other game equipment.

The college's first building. Named for Dr. SinClair Orendorff who served as president of the college from 1967 until 1988.
The name was changed from the Orendorff Administration and Science Building in fall 1994 after remodeling and relocation of physical science and life/health science faculty to the new Science and Mathematics Building.

The Fagerberg building is named after Powellite Bob Fagerberg, who served on the NWC Board of Trustees almost continuously from the mid-'60s through the '90s.

Lewis and Clark Hall is located just west of the Cabre Gym and south of Cody Hall, on the corner of Division and 7th Street.
It is a coed residence hall. We are alcohol-free and smoke-free - smokers quickly get acquainted on the patio.
Though built in 1966, Lewis and Clark Hall was recently refurbished, including a new kitchen area, lobby, and resident rooms. We house up to 140 students in 79 rooms.
L&C houses the Visual, Fine, and Performing Arts students, as well as many with general interests! L&C is the place to really develop your talents while improving your study!
