Trapper women split games
The Northwest College Trappers snapped a four-game skid in women’s basketball with a 54-44 win at Dawson Community College last Thursday. The win came one night after the team fell by a 78-68 count at Gillette College.

Rough week for Northwest Trapper women
The Northwest College Trapper women’s basketball team slid to 10-9 this season after dropping a pair of Region IX North contests last week. Northwest fell 82-68 on the road at Miles Community College, then dropped a 77-54 decision to Western Wyoming at home on Saturday.

Sixth-ranked Casper College used an abundance of foot speed and some gritty second-half defensive stops to deliver a 66-57 defeat to Northwest College in Region IX North women’s basketball action on Saturday.

The Northwest College women’s basketball team returned to the floor after almost a month off and looked right at home. The Trappers used a big early run to post a 95-70 victory at Little Big Horn College on Saturday.

Northwest Trapper women split games
The Northwest College women’s basketball team split a pair of weekend games in the Big Horn Federal Shootout. The Trappers fell to nationally-ranked Snow College for the second time in as many weeks on Friday, but bounced back to slip past the East Idaho All-Stars on Saturday.

Northwest Trapper women have rough weekend
The Northwest College women’s basketball team may have suffered a holiday hangover of sorts as the team dropped a pair of weekend games at the College of Southern Idaho tournament. The Trappers fell 78-67 to the hosts on Friday, then fell 79-46 to nationally-ranked Snow on Saturday.

Trapper women improve to 7-2
A week that began with the Trapper women’s basketball team having to rally from 17 points down to defeat the Rocky Mountain JV ended with Northwest College putting the final touches on a 3-0 week that improved the team to 7-2 on the young season.
