What Is The Wilderness Orientation Week?

 

  Have you ever tried to conquer the cliffs of the Rocky Mountains?  Brave and tame the rivers of Wyoming? Sleep under the starts in the gorgeous Beartooth wilderness? How about create memories that will last a lifetime?  Here is your chance:

  Wilderness Orientation Week, or WOW, is the first of it's kind for Northwest College.  This program is designed to engage incoming freshman (and other new NWC students) to Northwest in an outdoor setting giving them a chance to experience all the area has to offer.  Our goal is to help you (the participant) prepare for the coming school year by getting you our of your comfort zone, allowing you to learn new skills, meet new people, and experience nature.

  We have two trip options that will take place August 20-23, 2012, prior to Kick Off Weekend.

  We are limited to 30 students, so sign up fast!

  Why should you come? The benefits are endless!  Besides a great experience, you will get an awesome t-shirt, a mug, AND if you register by July 15th, you will be entered in a drawing to win a free prize.
