184 pounds: Pete Julander vs. eventual national champion Mike Massenzio of Bergen (Massenzio won 15-7)


285 pounds: Tyler Rhodes vs. Kelly Anundson of Lassen (Rhodes was up 9-3 with 14 seconds left in the final period of this semifinal match. At that point the referee disqualified Anundson for stalling and ended the match)
