How should I prepare?

Applicants will draft and bring with them two brief papers. One paper should focus on an innovative/successful teaching technique, and the other is to relate a teaching challenge to which you are seeking a better solution. Further, you are asked to bring along one especially thought-provoking book or journal article for temporary inclusion in the seminar library. Finally, be thinking of some useful procedure which helps you to accomplish your instructional objectives and/or something you do on the first day of class which helps you to get moving effectively.
