The Yellowstone Master Teacher Seminar is hosted by Northwest College of Powell, Wyoming

Dr. Carlton Williams will serve as lead facilitator of the seminar. A veteran community college teacher, academic dean, and president, he has been arranging professional development experiences using the style of the "Great Teacher Seminar" since 1990. This will be the 40th seminar he has facilitated.

As participants begin to arrive, Carlton will train selected colleagues to guide the small group discussions. Later, other participants will have an opportunity to share in the leadership or discussion sessions of specific interest to them.
